NAIADE, Portugal, were formed in 1978 and the majority of the partners, as well as, present staff have been involved in Shipping for years. Their background and experience with vessels under repair at Lisnave Shipyard, outside the shipyard or calling at the Portuguese Ports for commercial operations, assure top quality and efficient services at competitive rates.

In addition, the same level of assistance is guaranteed at any Port of Madeira and Azores Islands using their old partners/sub-agents for the last 30 years.

NAIADE is the general agent of Teekay Shipping for their fleet calling Portuguese Ports and for DD/Repairs at Lisnave Shipyard, with whom NAIADE have been working for over 15 years, following the ex companies IUM and Bona Shipping of Norway and Tapias of Spain were acquired by Teekay in 1999, 2002 and 2004.
